Positions Available

Sales Executive:

The primary focus of this position is to create and develop new sales opportunities in the software industry.

The secondary focus of the position is to work closely with Marketing to implement an automated sales process for lead generation and lead fulfillment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in areas of creating and closing sales opportunities, as well as developing and supporting partnerships within their defined channel.

To succeed it is necessary that the candidate exhibit the ability to analyze the needs of their market, understand the opportunities, and proactively engage decision makers in the process of reviewing and ;purchasing ZHMICRO products. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in areas of influencing revenue growth within distribution channels. As an important member of a growing company, there will be ample opportunities for advancement.

Our compensation package includes a competitive commission plan and above standard industry based bonuses.

– A concentrated focus on new business acquisition and revenue development
– Develop target list of strategic prospects for highly focused new business efforts
– Understand the technology and be able to adequately present the product to the client in a manner consistent with their use
– Build industry knowledge and brand recognition with excellence through networking, research, meeting and conference attendance
– Make phone and face-to-face sales presentations to potential clients including senior management levels ranging from Vice President to President and CEO
– Develop customized proposals that address the needs of the prospect while generating maximum revenue for ZHMICRO

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a standard of excellence. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

– Proven track record building a new client base from scratch and closing large contracts in a business-to-business selling environment
– Outstanding presentation skills
– Strong computer skills and ability to conduct own account and contact management practices and research including Internet and phone research capabilities
– Solid proposal writing ability in a sales environment with a focus on attributes of ZHMICRO products that brings about greater success or close rate on proposals
– Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

– Minimum Experience Requirement: 3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience and proven track record
– Experienced in selling software into software reseller channels and medium-large companies/enterprises

Pocket PC Developer:

This position is best suited for someone that has dedicated their career to the revolutionizing the mobile industry. This role will give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and truly affect the end product.

– Leading the development efforts for the Windows mobile internals engineering team
– Developing, designing, building, implementing and testing high tech multi platform software technologies
– Learning about the latest and greatest advancements in this industry

Palm Developer:

– Must have minimum of 3+ years of Palm OS (C or C++) demonstrable experience
– Must be able to demonstrate application(s)/code that you have created on these types of projects

Unix Developer:

Must be comfortable in dealing with Make Files and GNU Compiler on various Unix flavors.

– Leading the development efforts for the Unix engineering team
– Developing, designing, building, implementing and testing high tech software technologies
– Learning about the latest and greatest advancements in this industry

– BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
– The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience and have intimate knowledge of Unix development
