Zorabi Honargohar
Dr. Zorabi Honargohar is the original designer and architect of Z++ and the Z47 Virtual Processor. Dr. Z has written large commercial programs in a dozen languages and all paradigms of logic, functional, imperative and object-orientation. Apart from industrial experience, from team leader to senior architect, Dr. Z has taught at several universities, including Iowa, Kansas State and South Carolina for almost two decades, and has served as Dean of Academy of Marine Sciences. Dr. Z holds PhD's in the areas of Computer Science and Mathematics. |
Daniel Witt
Daniel Witt's career covers over 13 years in the software industry with an additional 6 years of knowledge in the Information Technology field. He has led the design and development of large multi-million dollar projects used by many fortune 500 companies. Experienced in all levels of Software Engineering processes, from idea to retirement, Mr. Witt has championed new and innovative products, targeting several different industries, including Telecommunications, Automotive and Retail. He is a proven leader in the promotion of rapid business growth and substantial financial gains, ranging from small start-up companies to large established organizations. Mr. Witt holds a degree in Computer Engineering as well as top-level certifications in Management. |
Kelly Aicken
Kelly Aicken has served as Director of Human Resources since 2007. Ms. Aicken has a successful track record in turning around organizations, balancing customer and employee needs, which is her focus in making ZHMIRCO a great place to work as well as conduct business. Ms. Aicken also has a part in overseeing the Company's communications and Corporate social responsibility functions. Prior to joining ZHMICRO she has served as an Operations Manager, Human Resource Coordinator, Director of Customer Services and legal professional which included duties such as hiring, training and analyzing productivity reports to determine employee development. Ms. Aicken is certified in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and is a Qualified Mediator. She has been in the Customer Service industry with an extensive legal background for over 18 years. |
Peyvand Honargohar
Peyvand Honargohar brings with him leadership experience in the enterprise software industry, having held executive level positions within large corporations. Mr. Honargohar is responsible for advancing ZHMICRO's vision for Platform-Free Independence and helping deliver customers the solutions, training and process expertise they need to make platform independence a more attainable business process. Mr. Honargohar is a graduate of Kansas State University holding degrees in the areas of Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Finance. |
